Free Seminar on The 2022 Changes to Approved Documents F L O & S

At CNC Building Control  we like to invest in our clients which is why we are re-starting our seminar programme post Covid.

Our next  seminar ‘Understanding the Changes to Approved Documents F L O S’  is being delivered by Lee Marsh, Managing Director, of Fusion 13 & senior members of the CNC Technical Surveying Team.  Fusion 13 is is an architectural practice based in our ‘Fine City of Norwich’ and specialize in Environmental Services including providing energy calculations.

Seminar Content includes  :-

  • Introduction to the current Approved Document F, L, O & S for both existing and new buildings
  • Why the Building regulations are Changing
  • How Buildings will be assessed and evidence required
  • Transitional arrangements and their implications

Date  : Wednesday, 25th May 2022

Venue  A : Council Chamber, South Norfolk House, Long Stratton
Time : 8.30 am registration with presentation starting at 9 am

Venue B : The Boathouse, Wisbech
Time : 1 pm registration with presentation starting at 1.30 pm

Cost       : FREE
Length   : Each seminar will be in the region of 1 1/2 hours (including questions)

There will also be an opportunity for questions at the end of the presentations.  Tea/Coffee & croissants  (morning), light refreshment (lunchtime) will be available during registration at both venues.

Car Parking – Long Stratton Venue: available  at the rear of the staff car park

Car Parking – Wisbech Venue: available outside The Boathouse
