About Us

CNC Building Control is a partnership of 5 local authority building control departments (South Norfolk Council, Norwich City Council, Broadland District Council, Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk and Fenland Council).

We operate from two offices.   Our Norwich Office serves the east and our Wisbech office serves the west.

Our highly professional team have a simple philosophy – to guide customers through the legal requirements and cut through all the jargon associated with Building Control.  We pride ourselves on being part of your team, offering an end-to-end service driven by a solution-focussed approach.

Our portfolio of work encompasses all sectors of the built environment, from domestic alterations through to multi-million pound commercial builds, and include wide-ranging construction techniques and innovative solutions.
