James joins CNC

CNC Building Control are delighted to welcome James Lewis aboard to help strengthen their Surveying Team.   James joins CNC as a Assistant Building Control Surveyor and brings with him a wealth of architectural knowledge having worked for over 20 years as an Architectural Technologist in a number of practices in the west of the County

As well as being a Chartered Architectural Technologist with CIAT, James is also a Chartered Building Engineer with CABE, a qualified Environmental Manager, and an accredited Energy Assessor for both residential and commercial buildings.

James said “I’m hoping to develop further both my technical and site knowledge. I really looking forward to working alongside my new colleagues, some of whom I have known for over 2 decades, and building upon these existing relationships. ”

James has one son William and in his spare time, amongst other things, is the founder and chairman of a Registered Children’s charity assisting families in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

James will be supporting projects within the West of the County and will be working from CNC’s Wisbech offices.
