James Helps Strengthen the Team

 

CNC Building  Control are delighted to welcome James Lewis to help strengthen their Surveying Team.   James joins CNC as a Assistant Building Control Surveyor and brings with him a wealth of architectural knowledge having worked for over 20 years as an Architectural Technologist in a number of practices in the west of the County

 

As well as being a  Chartered Architectural Technologist with CIAT, James is also a Chartered Building Engineer with CABE, a qualified Environmental Manager, and an accredited Energy Assessor for both residential and commercial buildings.

 

James said “I’m hoping to develop further both my technical and site knowledge.  I really looking forward to working alongside my new colleagues, some of whom I have known for over 2 decades, and building upon these existing relationships.  I would really like to progress through the ranks and hopefully to take on tasks and responsibilities offered to me in the future”

 

CNC Service Manager, Stephen Fulcher, commented “We are excited to welcome James to the team, his knowledge, experience and friendly demeanor will be a great fit”

 

James has one son William and in his spare time, amongst other things, is the founder and chairman of a Registered Children’s charity assisting families in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

 

James will be supporting projects within the West of the County and will be working from CNC’s Wisbech offices.
