Pre-submission advice and technical input
Getting a project technically correct as soon as possible from inception can help significantly with timeframes and build cost. By involving Building Control at an early stage any potential areas of concern or issues can be looked at.
As part of our service to you CNC are happy to provide pre-submission advice on your project. We will discuss your project with you and offer advice and guidance on anything that you are unsure of.
Pre-submission advice will be given free of charge for up to one hour. If you would like to make an appointment to use this service please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Additionally, once you have submitted an application to us, we are continually on hand to offer technical advice and guidance as your project progresses. We operate a duty inspector service so that there is always someone on hand to help you. This service runs from 8.15am to 5.00pm daily and is available by phone (0808 168 5041, option 2), email (email@example.com) or by calling in personally to the offices.
Please note: Due to the volume of work we are unable to offer advice and guidance on any ongoing project outside our geographical location or if an application has not been submitted to us.
