B) Domestic & Commercial alterations and extensions (occupied)

Foundations (external) / Oversites (external) /  Drains (external)  *

*These inspections will be undertaken in the presence of a single contact whilst observing social distancing advice.

Internal Drains / Joists / Lintels / Steels / Roof / General / Completion #

#These inspections will ONLY be undertaken if the extension/alterations are accessible without entering the main building and is not occupied.  The inspection should also be in the presence of a single contact using social distancing.

Through this challenging times we will prioritise inspections for essential buildings used by key workers or where the inspection relates to fire safety.

Our officers are also available by phone or e-mail to discuss current and potential projects.

Our dangerous structure cover will continue whilst observing social distancing.
