Builder

We know how important it is to ensure a build project runs smoothly from beginning on end. As a builder, we appreciate that you are working to timeframes and that time is money.

To this end, we will endeavour to work with you to make sure each project is as seamless as possible. We will offer you advice and guidance from pre-submission through to completion via our highly knowledgeable team of surveyors (in excess of 200 years experience between them) and give a proactive, solution-led approach to any issues that might arise.

Our aims for you are simple – to ensure that inspections are delivered on a next-day basis and that we have a positive effect on a project build, adding value wherever possible.

If you are a builder working with an architect we will make sure wherever we can that plans have been fully checked prior to a start on site, and if this is not possible we urge you to keep in regular contact with us to avoid any issues.

Within our website you will find a great deal of information and links designed to help you as much as we can. Our technical library houses all of the building regulations so that they are at your fingertips whenever you need them. There are several useful links to different departments within CNC so that you can contact a member of the technical team by email, request a quote, apply on-line and keep up to date about forthcoming seminars.

Our news section will keep you abreast of recent developments within CNC and our case studies section will show you a cross-section of the different sectors and complexity of projects that we have dealt with .

We believe our knowledge and expertise is second to none and we look forward to working with you.
