Pre-submission guidance and technical support

Getting a project technically correct as soon as possible from inception can help significantly with timeframes and build cost.  By involving Building Control at an early stage any potential areas of concern or issues can be looked at.

As part of our service to you CNC are happy to provide pre-submission guidance on your project. We will discuss your project with you and offer  guidance on anything that you are unsure of.

Pre-submission guidance will be given free of charge for up to one hour.  If you would like to make an appointment to use this service please email enquiries@cncbuildingcontrol.gov.uk

Please note: Due to the volume of work we are unable to offer guidance on any ongoing project outside our geographical location or if an application has not been submitted to us.
