Inspection Guidance   This is where we inspect and approve the building work carried out on site.  You or your builder will need to inform us when the work reaches certain stages (please see the list below), so that we can visit the site and inspect the work.

Please remember that the type and complexity of your project will determine the number of inspections required.  Your surveyor will inform you if they require additional site visits.    These site visits will ensure that the building work is monitored for compliance with the Building Regulations.
