Most, if not all, alterations, extensions and new building work should comply with the National Buidling Regulations. We will ensure that your project does and will conform to these regulations by issuing a completion certificate when the project is finished.
The completion certificate is very important for two reasons. Firstly, it confirms that the property/building complies with Building Regulations (failure can lead to enforcement action being undertaken).
And, secondly, it is required to be produced for a conveyancing solicitor on the sale of the property. Failure to produce a certificate may lead a sale falling through or delays in the seling process.
