Completion Certificates

When all work is completed please call CNC Building Control and our surveyor will carry out a 'final or completion inspection'.  This should be done preferably before the builder leaves the site.  We are unable to issue a completion certificate before we carry out this final inspection and ensured all works carried out in accordance with the Building Regulations.

There is NO additional charge to return and re-inspect if the first visit is unsatisfactory.

Please remember that the Completion Certificate is an important document that you (the owner) will need if in the future you wish to sell your property and will be required by your conveyancing solicitor.  Failure to supply a completion certificate may lead to delays in the selling process or your sale falling through.

Lost Completion Certificates

If you have lost the completion certificate to your property or are unsure whether one has been issued for work carried out on your property.  Please call use on 01603 430100 and we will search our records.

Please Note : There may be a charge for re-issuing a certificate.
