Performance Standards
We continually monitor our service provision targets to ensure we maintain a high level of service to our customers. Listed below are the benchmark standards we endeavour to achieve.
We will:
Acknowledge the receipt of full plans applications within 5 working days of receipt of them and plan checking within 3 weeks
Acknowledge receipt of building notices within 5 working days
Carry out site inspections the same day if requested before 10 am
Issue completion certificates within 5 working days of a satisfactory final inspection
Always inspect dangerous structures within 2 hours of notification.
We are available for enquiries between 8.30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
