We offer a standard service which assumes that the design is well advanced and we assess the submitted design. Or a Consultancy Service which provides you or the client with design advice from inception through to completion.
Our aim is to advise and submit compliant assessments to the building control body in accordance with with Approved Documents L1A or L1B of the Building Regulations 2000 (as amended).
The EPC is a two stage process and the service goes hand in hand with the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) assessment. At the design stage we will issue a Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) and when the dwelling has been completed we will issue the formal Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Also, if your existing energy assessor is unable to issue the formal EPC's for newly constructed (or converted) dwellings we can help.
