Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) Our energy surveyors are qualified building control surveyors with many years of experience in the building control profession. This, we believe, provides us with a unique end2end opportunity not only to advise on compliance issues pertaining to the building regulations but also being able to offer experienced energy consultancy advice.

We offer a standard service which assumes that the design is well advanced and we assess the submitted design.
