We have practising in-house Building Control Surveyors who have become qualified and accredited by the BRE to carry out BREEAM Code for Sustainable Home assessments*.
The linkage with the Building Regulations at present is very loose and as you may be aware not controlled by the regulations at present. However, with the Governments commitments to climate change and sustainable building, we may see the Code falling within the relms of the Building Regulations in the future.
We are passionate about sustainable construction and reducing carbon emissions, such that we have two fully qualified and accredited surveyors. We will also be providing all surveyors with an outline of the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes requirements and the technical aspects to ensure that our customers can also benefit from our knowledge and experience in applying the regulations and Code requirements.
